How to use ImgBurn to convert VIDEO_TS folder to DVD or ISO?

For users who have use DVD decrypter software to extract VIDEO_TS folder out of DVD disc, now with this guide they can move forward to burn VIDEO_TS into ISO format or DVD disc.

Though ImgBurn is lack of DVD video compression feature, it is still one of the most reliable solutions that may help you backup commercial DVD to ISO image file. As for these newly released movie DVDs, you can use free DVD decrypter software to extract file folder which is named as VIDEO_TS folder (contains VOB, IFO and BUP files). After that, you can use ImgBurn, free DVD burning software, to convert VIDEO_TS to ISO image or DVD disc. And below are step-by-step ImgBurn VIDEO_TS to ISO tutorial (VIDEO_TS to DVD guide is almost the same).

Step 1:Free download ImgBurn, open it and switch to Build (Image file). Ensure it is set to output to Image File. Alternatively, you can click on the button shown below to switch the 'Output' between 'Image File' and 'Device'.

Step 2: Click the 'Browse for a folder' button in the 'Source' box and navigate to the folder where your files are stored. Select the folder and click on the 'OK' button.

Step 3: Set the destination for the output ISO image file. Usually the D9 ISO is around 8GB and D5 ISO 4GB. So make sure the output folder has enough space.

Step 4: Right click File to Image icon.
