How to Use ImgBurn Layer Break Options?
Undoubtedly, ImgBurn can create excellent ISO image file from your DVD disc. Preparation: 1. the original DVD should be D9 disc, and the output ISO aims at burning onto DL DVD.
2. All DVD movie information, say VOB, IFO, BUP files should be in VIDEO_TS folder, which hold the entire DVD structure and navigations.

3. Load your source VIDEO_TS folder by clicking Source dropdown button.

Step 2: Click the Folder to Image icon and you will get below box:
